8th Avenue isn't your typical cannabis dispensary. Every customer receives a private, one-on-one consultation. Position

We're looking for a full-time Cannabis Consultant to become part of our growing team. Previous cannabis experience is not required — we'll teach you everything you need to know about cannabis.

What we can't teach is integrity, professionalism, a positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine desire to help people.

Schedule

This is a full-time salary position consisting of four 10-hour shifts each week, approximately 40 hours per week. We have one weekday position (Monday through Thursday) and one weekend position (Friday through Monday).

Team members are expected to arrive before opening to ensure the store is fully prepared for customers, and to remain after closing to complete daily closing procedures.

Compensation

Training Period (First 120 Days)

• Annual salary: $41,600 — approximately $20.00 per hour
• Paid training
• Comprehensive education in products, customer service, compliance, and company procedures

Certified Cannabis Consultant

Upon successful completion of the 120-day training program and meeting company performance standards:

• Annual salary: $44,720 — approximately $21.50 per hour
• Future merit increases based on performance, customer feedback, reliability, product knowledge, and company growth

Responsibilities

• Welcome every customer with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Conduct one-on-one product consultations
• Educate customers about cannabis products
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom
• Assist with inventory and merchandising
• Follow all company policies and state regulations
• Work closely with the leadership team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
